Most packages only take 1-3 days to arrive, but can take as long as 9 days. We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding holidays via USPS and UPS. All orders from $1 - $49.99 pay a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping.

How to Return a Product to Kat’s Creek Goat Milk Products:

I want you to be happy with what you purchase from Kat’s Creek Goat Milk Products. That is why I support every product offered with a 100% Guarantee.

In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 30 days of the ship date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please call me at (541) 847-3376 or by email at info@katscreek.com to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.

When sending item(s) back, please note (on the original packing slip) which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item is: a) unopened or b) used. In cases where you have had an allergic reaction, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced, and which products you reacted to.

Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.
